My Minecraft (Java and Bedrock) does not appear in the library.

I bought Minecraft Java and Bedrock using a digital gift card through Nubank on May 4th at 00:31, but it doesn't show that I bought it and, after 1 month of use, I couldn't use Minecraft Java (someone accessed my account and it no longer appeared in the launcher), it showed that I needed to buy it again. Last month, I lost access to Minecraft Bedrock (after formatting my PC) and I would like to be able to play Minecraft again.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

This may mean that you're not signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order transaction for the game from there showing as "completed". Once found, on that page, click your profile icon on the top right corner then copy or take note of the Microsoft email address that you will see (make sure that it's correct, especially the domain).

Once you have it, sign out on your Xbox App, Minecraft Launcher, and Microsoft Store App, then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have copied.

If you can't find the order transaction, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own to try and find the order transaction for the game, Xisume.

I have tried this already and it does not work.

The problem is that when Iog into microsoft and look at my owned games, it appears that my microsoft account does not own minecraft java edition and only owns the bedrock edition, even though i've been playing Java edition on it daily up till now.

are you playing minecraft java edition or bedrock, as java i think does not use your gamertag. as you mentioned the minecraft launcher.

Hi Victor. I don’t know how you played Java in the past. Maybe it was via game pass.
But if the game doesn’t appear purchased in your order history, it means that you don’t know it.

About the Xbox edition, yes. It’s bedrock, but it’s the Bedrock for Xbox, not Windows

The free Java edition was granted to the people who purchased Bedrock for windows.
Any other platform is not eligible, only PC (and the opposite if you owned Java)

it does not show minecraft bedrock edition as already purchased on this account, it is making me buy Java and bedrock. I do not want Java, I just want bedrock, which I should already have.
