    Can you try installing the game on a different console to see if it'll install? If it persists, there may be a problem in the game.

    Got it! Have you installing other games to isolate the issue? You can also try clearing your MAC address . Go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to install the game again.

    Sorry to hear about your issue with your game. Have you tried installing the game remotely? You can click the game title from your order history to install it via Xbox store or you can use Xbox app. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.
