    My game is gone my account one day i could't log in and it disapered like someone deleted it when i tried to log again it made a new account i don't have the game anymore like i don't have the game at all its like i didnt even buy it i got proof of buying it etc please help me i just want my game back idc about the account

    Hello again, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

    However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

    Hello Bartosz, When you say your games are gone, are you saying it doesn't appear in your Shopping History?

    Have you migrated your Minecraft account to Microsoft?

    You mention that you made a new account, you lost your account, you think it was hacked, if yes, follow the procedures below.
