My Minecraft is broken.

Yesterday when I opened Minecraft everything was normal at first but then I went into a world there wasn't any of the ui things so I restarted my pc and it still didn't fix it so I deleted the Minecraft files and then went to Microsoft store looking to see if I could reinstall it then but it still said play and when I clicked play it said and still says "Minecraft Launcher can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected."

Sorry to hear about your issue with Minecraft. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly right-click the Launcher. Press “App Settings.” Browse the settings and hit “Repair,” followed by “Reset.” Let the Launcher restore to its previous settings and try to launch Minecraft.

Problem got worse. My console was essentially bricked when Minecraft kept trying and failing to download. The home screen looked all broken, icons stopped showing up and are still to this point broken. No apps or games would load. The console would crash
after being on for a minute or two. I fully deleted Minecraft and blocked it from downloading again and it fixed the problem. No other games have this happening, residually several of the icons on my home screen still broken though

I see. Please go to Settings > System > About. What is the Windows Version you see under Windows Specifications?

Hi there o welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. You might want to try the following:

Press Windows button + R and insert in (powershell -command "Start-Process notepad $env:windir\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" -Verb runas)

Then delete anything that has to do with "mojang"

Since we have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the launcher only Would it be fine if you can try contacting Mojang support for further advice?
