Hello,

I purchased a Minecraft account from Mojang, which was then migrated to Microsoft.

However, on Friday, December 15, 2023, my account was compromised by a malicious person who took control of it. This person has changed various information such as Outlook email address, password, phone number, as well as recovery email address.

I would like to contact you from an external account. However, I have the old passwords used, the old mailbox name, the credit card details used to purchase the Minecraft account on Mojang, and I still have access to the old phone number associated with my account before it was changed by the intruder.

Despite my efforts using the various methods listed on the support, I was unable to recover my Minecraft account. I ask for your assistance and guidance on the steps to be taken.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.
