My Minecraft does not install to my xbox

I have purchased Minecraft on Xbox. I would like to insta

ll it on my Win 10 PC too. When I go to The Minecraft page and click "Install on my devices". It does not list my Win 10 PC as a device to install Minecraft. I can see Xbox as a device to install Minecraft. I have also confirmed that the account logged in
from the PC is same as the one used for Xbox Minecraft purchase.

I assume if I purchase a game for Xbox and available for PC can be used on PC also.

Hi, the game (minecraft) is not installed through the xbox app. I don't even have the xbox app installed on my pc. I've tried repairing and uninstalling the game but the issue does not go away.

Yes. My examples are both from Minecraft, as opposed to the xbox one edition. However, at least one of the Xboxes does have the xbox one edition installed too.

There are two versions of Minecraft on Xbox One can you first try looking in My Games and apps on your console to see if you also have Minecraft (Not Minecraft Xbox One Edition) installed, If you do not have Minecraft installed can you please try going into
My Games and apps ready to install section and you might find the other version of the game located here that you can install.

If the game does not appear in your ready to install section can you please try searching the for the game in the store on the console and it will hopefully be available to download without asking you to pay for the game again.

Minecraft Xbox One Edition does appear in my order history, which I bought in 2015, but the newer Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) which I would've installed in late 2017 doesn't appear.

On the website you linked, Minecraft appears with a 'buy now' button, which takes me to the Microsoft Store, where it says "Install, you own this", similarly to the Store on the console itself.
