My minecraft and xbox account are no longer working due to being hacked.

Is there a place I can go that can help me set the account back to the first email used on the account? I tried the recovering account thing and it didn't work for me.

If you have important proof of ownership for that account (emails, important screenshots, etc)
You can try opening a 1:1 chat with Microsoft support or request a call and explain them the situation

If you're not able to prove your ownership, unfortunately you may need to create a new account

49555 but this is my 2nd account. the first account had about 67k but it got perm banned due to being hacked and messages being sent

It's more than just being hacked, and none of those will work because it now says that the account no longer exists meaning it got deleted. Which means I've lost minecraft on that account and have to make a complete new account and buy it again. When you try and sign in or put that email in any recovery spot that says to provide that email it will continue to say "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist"
