My Minecraft account won't let me play multipler I have tried everything :((?!?

I know that managing account permissions can be a bit of a tricky thing. However, it seems that the folks at Mojang have some helpful information for this very situation.

It simply won't let me go online via cross-play at all if I don't connect my Xbox account, and I do not have any friends who own Minecraft Bedrock for Switch. I've tried multiple networks, and still nothing. I've checked, any my privacy settings are fine. I have it on PC, and it works just fine and am able to play on the same network, and same Xbox account.

I have no idea what could be causing this... it frustrates me to no end.

hello, i have tried everything you told me, it still does not work, the pop ups are not blocked, i checked. my main browser is chrome, but i also have tried on Microsoft Edge, it is the same, does not work. yesterday i wanted to play minecraft, but it does not let me sign in into my Microsoft account, the reason says "drowned".
