My minecraft account will not let me join multiplayer

I have been having this issue for the past few hours after recently buying minecraft.
It states that "Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your microsoft account settings".
I have altered them so that each box in hit allowed and i have watched multiple youtube videos and they tell me to do that same thing, but it doesn't work. I have restarted the game, my laptop and signed out of everthing and signed back in. Please help me.

ok so i have retried again and i have no active enforcements and have a stable internet connection.

It has not worked again and i cannot access multiplayer.

I have restarted, re-logged in, re-submitted and repaired/re-installed the apps. I do not know what the problem is and really want this to be fixed urgently.

Hello Belle, everytime i resubmit and delete and reinstall the game it works.

But for only like 10 seconds...
It allows me to access multiplayer but as soon as i try join a server it says "microsoft account doesn't allow you to play multiplayer"

Ive uninstalled all apps now and will try again later

Hi there

Sorry to hear about what happened, however, does it happen on both versions of the game, Java and Bedrock? If you haven't tried checking both, you may do so.

If you just recently configured your privacy settings, ensure that these are all enabled:

Under Xbox and Windows 10 devices Online safety, ensure that "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live", "You can create and join clubs", "You can add friends" and "You can join multiplayer games" are set to Allow. Scroll down and click submit.

Under Privacy, "You can see and upload community creations" set it to Everyone and these are optional: "You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text" Allow and "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" Everyone. Scroll down and click Submit.

If they are all enabled, and signing out and signing in again didn't work, you may want to repair and reset the apps.

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps >Look for Microsoft Store app > Click on Advanced options > Click Repair and Reset, find Xbox app and follow same steps > Wait until it finishes> Restart your PC.

If it still doesn't work, you may try uninstalling and completely reinstalling the game.

It stays the same. Like all i did was unsubmit then resubmit and then it worked for like 5 seconds and all of a sudden i cant play multiplayer cause of my microsoft account settings. And my privacy settings still say it is enabled for multiplayer.
