My minecraft account was hacked and I have all ownership details, can it be recovered somehow?

Hi! I have a minecraft account that was hacked, and the hacker changed the email/password used to login to it. I do not know what the new credentials are, but I have all the information to prove that I own the minecraft account (emails, cards used to buy it, date of purchase/account created, past and current usernames, gamertag, etc.), is there a way to get my account back?

It was originally a birthday gift and I have owned it for more than 8 years, and put in over 1400 hours into it so I really don't want to lose it. I do not need to recover my microsoft account that it was associated with before the hack, just the minecraft profile itself at least. I reached out to support and they said they could not recover my microsoft account and decided to they suspended it indefinitely... but they never provided any help with the minecraft account side. If they have proof that I definitely own the account, I am not sure what the problem would be. Do I have any options at all, or is the account lost forever?

Hey Athreya, im sorry about this. Unfortunately there is nothing i can do about this. Im just a player like you, i dont have access to accounts and back end systems. Im sorry, i would keep trying, try speak with a manager or someone higher.

I spoke to multiple agents over the phone and over chat and my requests have reached the internal team but none of them are properly helping. This was my last try to get it back since I really did love that account. The last time I called xbox support they rerouted me to microsoft support who sent me back to xbox support again, and then they escalated the issue - I got a reply from the same person who had seen my case, and they copy pasted their email to me and sent it right back to me without further investigation.

That is totally okay! Do you know how I could get in contact with a manager? I don’t think there’s a a contact option for that anymore that I know of. If you do know, then that would be great!

I appreciate the reply. I have already tried doing that but since my minecraft account was migrated to microsoft, mojang says they are unable to assist me at all. I thought they would have been able to especially since I had the transaction ID for the game purchase.
