My Minecraft account is missing coins and locked out of paid save game content.

Minecraft Bedrock edition on PC had previously had coins in the account some of which had been used on marketplace to buy mods, these were fine and working until today, when I logged in I could no longer access the save games that I had used with the mods, they were there but locked. When I tried to click on them, I had a message telling me I need to purchase them. I went to marketplace to find that I had 0 coins left of which there should have been a few hundred.

I always use the Mincraft Launcher to play.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please log out of the launcher and then log back in, do the same on the Xbox app and be sure to use the same email and password than in the launcher, the account that has the ownership of that content must be logged in the Microsoft store app

Then you need to contact in game support as you have lost ownership on In game items, and they will be the ones that can help you on that

Logged out and back in again on the xbox game bar app as well as the Minecraft Launcher, no change.
