Are you able to see the transaction for the game or not?

If not, do you have the confirmation email from Mojang about this purchase in your inbox?

Hey there P4B10 2K10! I do apologize for the misinformation, it is as Malacath says, cumulative. It does go away, but as soon as you re-up your membership it comes back.

You do not lose your tenure when you drop to silver. Or you are not supposed to anyway. Other support staff have even said this.

I recently bought a gold membership for my second gamertag. That gamertag had a years gold about 3 years ago. Even though it has been a silver account for 2 years it still remembers i've already been gold for one year and now that's it's gold again has a
tenure of one year.

I doubt it is gone altogether. This is a known issue at the moment and is being investigated by Microsoft. Recovering the profile doesnt work in every case but its worth a shot to make sure it works or not for you. If it does then great, if it doesnt then
all we can advise is to please be patient, hopefully it wont be too much longer until its resolved!
