My minecraft account got stolen and it's microsoft account deleted i would love to get it back

Hello. I just found out but i think it's from november since on NameMC the nick has been changed at this time. It minecraft JAVA edition
I still have access to the old email of the microsoft account (that was also the mojang account) so i would like to gain back access to my minecraft account please.

Ksisios is my nick on every game.

Sadly, since the hacker changed the login details/deleted your account, you won't be able to recover your account, even if you fill out a form.

This is a sad situation, but there is nothing to be done.

So the email that used to be used to log into minecraft has a microsoft account. When I log in to the microsoft account specifically, I'm not sure if the account has been migrated. Like I said, I can't figure out how to log into an account to download minecraft.

Honestly, maybe the account was migrated but to a stolen microsoft account? If that was the case, how would I get my game back?
