My minecraft account got hacked and i didnt migrate to an Microsoft account.

So back on late 2021 my account was hacked then migrated to a Microsoft account. I have already contacted Minecraft support but they said that they could not help me since my account was already migrated, and that I should contact Microsoft support instead. I still have the transaction ID and the name of the account.

Wait. So you are saying before you could migrate your minecraft account to your own Microsoft account someone else got into your minecraft account and migrated it to their own Microsoft account first?

Is that what happened?

Not a bot, when you're asked if the bot response resolves the issue, click on no and you'll be directed to an expert. Tell the expert you want to speak to an advocate and they'll assist with this

Yes, unfortunately that’s the case
If maybe the hacked account was a Microsoft account, you could try to recover it

But as the hacker stole your Minecraft and then they migrated the account to a new Microsoft account
There is no way to know (from Microsoft side) which was the account used to migrate this Minecraft account
They only have the tools to work with Microsoft accounts
