My minecraft account doesn't be recognized as premium

There are 2 main reasons that you cannot join the online servers!

The first one can be related to NAT type and you might want to check the link below, to be able to correct the problem:

The second one can be related to your privacy settings, I suggest signing in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, and making sure none of the multiplayer permissions are restricted.

I bought the battlefield 4 premium,but my battlelog don't recognizes the premium at my account,what I should do with this problem?I'm not enjoying right of the game by having to activate things in Battlelog!

Actually, it's a problem on Microsoft's end, as I bought it on the market place. It is a known issue for players who bought BF4 premium edition, instead of BF4 then the Premium pass (separately).

Battlelog doesn't recognize us as premium member, and it's essentially because of Microsoft.

I'm having the same issue.

When I first installed the Premium content, I received the Battlepacks and was able to play the DLC maps but my Battlelog doesn't recognize my premium membership and it seems to work sporadically on the Xbox as well. Sometimes I don't get access and then
a few weeks later, I'm spammed with Battlepacks.

you know that one of my friends got premium minecraft account with email access when minecraft accounts were hacked in 2020 and now he has a cape and 50$ rank 😭
