my minecraft acc was locked for no reason

i know im not the only one who needed help here but i was playing minecraft and about 1 hour later it said i was locked out and it said suspicous activty was found and i did nothing im not sure what happend i did nothing bad like i had to make a new acc bc i cant affored a phone like what did i do i checked the other email it was a gmail acc and when i checked no emails about nothing was there i can tell my email address that was blocked but im not please help

If your whole Microsoft account was blocked, please fill the account reinstatement form below:

In that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account review team, they're the only ones that can unlock your account.
