My Microsot account "B**************@gmail.com" is Locked for no reason and out of nowhere...

I will be happy to help you. However, at this time, the Microsoft forum can't directly access customer account information or help unlock accounts directly, and there are no resource tools to help you do so.

The community only provides technical support for the software, not account recovery. As for the account data, unfortunately, community members cannot access the server's backend data to restore it. Account data is stored on highly encrypted servers, and only a few people can access these servers. On the other hand, if a member of the community team can directly access the user's Microsoft account data, there will be a major information security crisis.

1. Enter your account issue in the box under "We're here to help you," click "Get Help," and then click "Contact Customer Support" at the bottom.

Hello Rodrigo, thank you for the advice. I have tried to log in to see the enforcements page, however, the message saying my account is locked shows up again, and won't let me see the page itself, so i have no way to know what i even got a strike for. i also cannot use the family group option, as i did not know it was possible to create the group before, and i can't log in to the account to accept the invite into the family group, as again, the account is locked.

It was an accidental ban. nothing suspicious was going on, nor did I break any rules.

Hello Led, when it says you were blocked from your Microsoft account did you receive any ban or suspension from Enforcement or was it really an account block by Microsoft?

If it was anything to do with Enforcement, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban and suspension.
