    My Microsoft/Xbox Account was somehow Deleted by a different email account. HELP!!!


    I don't know what to do. I tried calling customer support and it just gives me an automated message to go to the website Help page. I can't find anything on how to recover an account that was deleted. I even went to the Account Recovery page that Microsoft
    had at https://account.live.com/acsr, and it was saying that my account does not exist, which is obviously used to.

    I don't know what else I can do if that /acsr page doesn't work. This was all today (11/13/20) that I got a bunch of emails in my account that I didn't see until I got off work that had these subjects:

    - "Microsoft account password change"

    - "Microsoft account security confirmation"

    - "Microsoft account security info was deleted"

    And the deleted one showed my original email associated to Microsoft and my phone number were both removed! My only clue is the person used the email L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to delete my account.

    Please can someone help me!!! All my Microsoft and Xbox data is tied to this account and I now have no access to it. I don't know a good category to put this in as none seem to fit my description, so I put it in Xbox hoping that it has some visibility. And
    yes, I had to create a new account just so I can post here to do so, which also includes all my games on my account too.

    Even if you delete the Microsoft account it won't be possible to create a different Xbox account with it

    Also, you can change the email of your Xbox account and unlink it from the current email but that would delete the email as a Microsoft account, so unless the email is from a different email provider you will lost access to hat email

    Xbox accounts can't be deleted unless you completely delete the Microsoft account

    Also, emails that had already been used to create a Xbox account can't be used for a different Xbox account even if the first account has already been unlinked from the email

    You can't use this email as has already been used for a different Microsoft account, when you add a different alias it's best to create the email during the process of alias change.

    In regard to transfer the Xbox account, in order to split that account from your email you will need to delete that email as a Microsoft account

    Then, as an alternative, can I change the email that is linked to the information? Or somehow link two mails to the account?
    You can
    change the email associated to that gamertag    , but you can never delete the old email or all information is gonna be deleted. This is know as "alias" this means that you create another alias (email address) to the same Microsoft Account.

    To clarify. I want a fresh start with the microsoft and xbox account but i dont want to delete the existing Microsoft account, i just want to put it under my cousin’s email and phone number so that the old account can be his and the new account can be mine. Instead they are both somehow connected to a single Microsoft account even though my email has been removed.
