    My Microsoft/Xbox account was hacked.


    Hi, I need urgent help with my account.

    My Microsoft/Xbox account was hacked. The original email linked to it was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but when I got home and tried to sign in, I saw that a strange email I don’t recognize had replaced it on my Xbox, and now I can’t access my account anymore.

    I tried using the recovery form, but it says the account doesn’t exist. I’m sure it was my account — it had my gamertag and was signed in on my Xbox One.

    Please, I need to recover it. I can give you more details about the account, such as:

    The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.
