My Microsoft solitaire collection no connection on iPad. I press app to load and it does...

My internet is working fine and all other internet related functions on my ipad are working fine. Microsoft solitaire collection just does not see the internet for the challenges.

Microsoft solitaire Collection plays all adds but will not load the game. message on screen is-( we are having some trouble connecting to the internet to download Microsoft solitaire collection data)

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

Step 1.
Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

Step 2.
Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

Step 3.
Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.
