my microsoft rewards balance is getting reset to zero every new month

customer support have ignored me and ive been told im a lair ive lost about 30 thousand points ive spent some on sweepstakes but yepits happened 3 times my score gets reset to zero microsoft have said its ok our
end so its me

but ive got the problem and u dont want to help

Microsoft Rewards is brilliantly helpful, whenever I've had an issue they have transferred me the points (usually with a bonus for the inconvenience) and are very efficient at replying. Have you contacted them directly or is it another Microsoft department?

Also my girlfriend had logged into my phone one time and for a week I was gaining points for her and not myself, so just make sure you are logged in when you do anything point related

Microsoft rewards support is one of the best support I have ever dealt with. They always respond in 12 hour time frame and they have 24. They have solved many of my problems and I think that it was a misunderstanding between you and them. Fell free to

One simple thing to check is to make sure you are logged in and remain logged in on the devices you are using for rewards.

well im x box is switched on so the software should have logged me in to the microsoft rewards
