My Microsoft rewards auto redeemed £5, took the points but I haven’t received the money....

Yes this problem is still occurring this is October 7th., And I still have not received my 1-month auto redemption from GPU either… They took my 10,500 points and it showed rewards would redeem OCTOBER 1st and I have not received it. Now my GPU has expired and I have been waiting days for it to appear and it has not I am refusing to spend 16.99$ when they have taken my rewards points without giving me the subscription.

If you redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a $5 Xbox Gift card. You receive $5 on your Microsoft account. You do not receive a physical gift card.

I mean that it is on auto redeem for a free month using points. When you go to Microsoft Rewards on the Xbox and click redeem, it gives you an option to auto redeem the the Ultimate game pass for 10,500 points

Check you Rewards order history, the codes should also be there if you haven't received the Email with the code. Unlike when you use rewards points for money on your Xbox account, when you redeem or do the auto-redemption like I do, the GamePass Core/Ultimate rewards are not automatically added to your account, it is sent via email. But as I said check your Rewards History and the code(s) for any months that the points were deducted should be there. If they are not there contact Rewards Support using the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" link at the very bottom of the page. Good luck.
