My Microsoft reward points are stuck at the same number

Not a fan of it myself but I've just stuck to using my Microsoft rewards points to cover my gold or for Amazon cards to get deals on there

Rewards is confusing me.. To left, it says 840 microsoft points. Under Points Awarded To Date, it says 700. I thought the Microsoft point number on the left (above my VIP badge) was my points that I've been awarded in total?

With the Xbox Rewards program, it's impossible to have an odd number of credits pending. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The two programs are separate.

On the website, it says Xbox Rewards has now become Microsoft Rewards In Canada, does that means all my points just vanished? Also for the Microsoft Rewards system, is it 20 points for every dollar you spend?
