My Microsoft points isn't depositing.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when you received these Credits as pending from your MyRewards page, which will show the specific date these Credits were pending in your account in the MyStatement section of that page.

One other note: It isn't Microsoft Points anymore. That number means you'll have $1 added for every 1000 points when you request a deposit. If you have 3500 points, that's $3 and some change that you have.

more, and they will be deposited by the 15th and 30th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website often to see your Pending balance and how many Rewards Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

Ok. But it's the 16th, the 10k points was in there last month when I redeemed the Gems on MyVIP, isn't it supposed to be deposited into my account on the 15th not the end of the month?

Our system is reporting an error depositing since it cannot locate an available Microsoft billing account to deposit into. Since we cannot deposit into a Credit Card or other similar payable account (like paypal, etc.), the deposit fails. This is mentioned
in our FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.
