my microsoft name doesn't change in my e-mail

Hello,

I put my real name since 6 months ago in my microsoft account but when i buy a game it's my older name who appear in my confirmation mail,

please help me, i search everywhere.

(sorry for the category, i didn't find microsoft)

You might need to update your billing information. While you can update your account name, your billing information might not update at the same time.

You can check your billing info and other payment details by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

I'm not trying to change my Live ID, My e-mail address doesn't have a 2 in front of it.

I'm trying to change it to my e-mail address from 2_*****@yahoo,com

I knew it was changed when I tried to sign in to minecraft and other apps that use my microsoft profile. It always said that my profile doesn't exist. Then I checked into microsoft store left clicked on my profile and saw a completely different e-mail. I didn't get any e-mail notifications.

I have changed both my Microsoft e-mail and password because my e-mail was for an old e-mail address that was no longer used. And I have set up proofs already; I see them on my Microsoft account on their website.
