My Microsoft Mahjong won't load

My Mahjong won't load either. All its doing is the little tile going around and around. Says its loading but it isn't.

I have all current updates and for some reason the Xbox games will not load daily challenges and Mahjong won't start at all.

I have been having problems w/the Microsoft Mahjong game. The game won't load so I can't play the game. I looked for

updated and there was none. I have windows 8 .I did try to download windows 8.1,there was too many problems causing

virus and bugs. I went to the office store and was told because it's a free download 8.1 there are going to be problems.

They said I should buy the full version for $299.00.Need help w/Mahjong game still not loading.

I ham having a problem accessing Microsoft Mahjong on my windows 10 computer.I don't have an Xbox but use the Xbox app to play Microsoft Games.It won't let me log on to Mahjong I get the following error code 0xC03F300D.I can log on to Microsoft solitare
so it is not all games.Would like it fixed if possible.

This could be a fix (Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Mahjong > Advance options > Reset

Been having the same problem, Mahjong freezing then going back to main screen. Tried the reset & the uninstall, reinstall. Still having the same problem. This problem happens on two different computers under two different users.
