My Microsoft email has been changed to an "autosecure.top" email, what do I do?

I was setting up Microsoft Authenticator to verify for a Hypixel Skyblock Guild's discord and after verifying my account there, I got logged out of everywhere Microsoft related like the Xbox app. I only gave my email, no passwords. But on the same day before the discord verifying stuff, I also downloaded a mouse software to reduce the debounce time on my mouse. Windows Defender said it was an unwanted app but I've use this software before on an old computer so I thought nothing of it. Will provide more information when asked.

I've done some more digging and found that the cause was the discord verification. There is an ongoing scam on Hypixel Skyblock where people send guild invites to random players on Hypixel Skyblock and after joining their discord, they ask for your Minecraft Username and email associated with it. From my experience I gave them my Minecraft Username and email, and also helped them get into my account by using the Microsoft Authenticator FOR THEM. I want to unalive myself (joking) because of how embarrassing this is and I'm being open right now so please, berate me to your heart's content.

I do not know what email address the hackers have changed the new email to. Can I not provide the email address that the account has been registered to for the past 10 years, and they can track the history to see all the changes were made today?

They logged into my account and changed the email to something they created. I have access to my regular email that the account was created on, and has been linked to for a decade.

Are you saying I need to know the email that the hackers changed it to?

I found out that the email has been changed but I cannot do anything because it says that my microsoft account doesn't exist, so I can't change my email back to my original one nor change the password

Microsoft has suspended my account. I know that my email has been compromised because of the hacker changed my security settings and i cannot do anything, when i go cover my account it says that my account/email dosent exist and i cannot recover it because
