    Good morning. My problem is that someone has stolen and hacked my microsoft and xbox account. The mail on this account has been changed, so I can't recover it by normal means. I am writing to you from an e-mail in which the microsoft account has not been completely hacked, but my first account on the xbox console has been hacked and the e-mail has been changed. The email that I set was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, you can check in your database that such an account existed, but someone changed the email without my consent *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (if I remember correctly). I can't log in or do anything with it because the password and email have been changed. As for the problem with the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** account, FIFA 23 does not work for me, which was working normally before my account was stolen, even though I was buying it on the account that was stolen from me. I think it's somehow related to that. My steam account was also stolen (I got it back very quickly), snapchat, facebook and probably something else (snapchat and facebook I didn't get back). I bought FIFA 23 ultimate for PLN 400 on an account that was stolen from me, I also bought many XBOX LIVE GOLD OR XBOX GAME PASS subscriptions, and several fifa points. Please help.     Interesting, alot of people lost their accounts last few days.

    Microsoft do nothing about that.

    Im almost 2 weeks without acc.

    Gold pas and microsoft office subscriptions are charged normally even though account is locked.

    Hello again, I requested a phone call, dialed 1 twice and waited for the call after some time there was no sound and suddenly the call ended without a word. I am asking for help, because I really care about this account, because this is my first console and I will not have the money to buy another one.
