My Microsoft and Minecraft accounts have been hacked.

I recently tried to log into my Minecraft launcher as I was coming back to the game which I haven't played since 2020.

As I tried to log in normally I see that the accounts have been merged which I don't remember doing, and my Minecraft/Mojang account does not work. I try logging into my Microsoft account with the same email and it says the account does not exist. I search my mail looking for an email from Microsoft and I found one form last year saying that my password has been changed, and I haven't done that at that time, which would mean my account got hacked with my email and password changed.

When I tried to log into my account on the Microsoft Store app and clicked 'forgot password', I see that it is asking me if it should send the code to an email address which was censored because of Microsoft policy but ended with '@yandex-apple.ru' before it said that my account with my email does not exist.

That meaning that my account was hacked by Russians since I don't live in Russia, and don't have an email with that domain.

Can anyone help me retrieve my account, with email and password changed, keep in mind I know both the old email and password.

The problem is that I can no longer find a Minecraft account with my Microsoft account, but I do have the purchase email,

maybe that will help to restore my Minecraft account?

I have the idea that I have been hacked and that they have changed my login username and password.

I also contacted Mojang, but they told me to go to Microsoft with this issue.

Yes I changed it multiple times but the hacker changed the verification email my Microsoft account has been recovered but the Xbox account where we have to login to play games like forza or minecraft has been hacked

I had my Microsoft account hacked and products/games like Minecraft merged to a different account before they deleted my Microsoft account linked to this email. I have all of the original information regarding my Minecraft account before I had migrated it with Microsoft (creation date, TID, access to original email, date of migration to THIS email, gamertag). I have been in contact with Minecraft Support and Microsoft Support and they both are redirecting me to either one so it's been a bit like ping pong.

This account I am trying to recover is my deceased sister's so its of utmost importance that I try everything at hand to get it back.
