My Microsoft Account worth multiple thoasend dollars got hacked and support wont help.

Hello,

about 1 Month ago my Microsoft Account got compromisend and all the Data got changed.

The hacker removed all my secrurity informations and now only his email is left( I have his email if that helps)

I already submitted tickets to every support i could find and they said they should be able to recover my account, BUT

i always got this Email:

Account security is a top priority at Microsoft. Our external Advanced Capability Team investigates and reviews fraudulent activity. Our fraud team has thoroughly reviewed your account and billing activity and we can confirm that your account has been compromised. Unfortunately, during our investigation, we discovered that your security information has changed.

Unfortunately, if an account's security information is changed, we unfortunately cannot restore the account because customer service cannot fully influence these updates and/or deletions. We cannot make changes to the account's security information because security protocols have been set up and the Microsoft Services Agreement was accepted when the account was created.

The only option is to permanently ban this account to prevent further uses of the account. At this point, we have successfully suspended this account and this will continue indefinitely.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while your account was being investigated.

Are you serious? i spent thoasend of hours playing on this account and i got some rare DLCs on that account that are worth thoasends and you cant help me Micorosoft?

My other accounts like steam all got hacked too and i recovered them all in a day... only microsoft one of the biggest companies ever cant help me?

I told the support multiple times that i am always getting this email but they always say i have to fill out the recovery form. I always did that and waited for a week.

Just to get this response?

I have proven many times that this is my account so where is the problem?

I just want my Xbox account back its not that hard Micorosft...

I hope someone can help me solving this problem because i really want to play on this account again and i am trying to get it back for a month now.

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to recover your account after being compromised. I could not really imagine how crucial it is to know that your account that stores your game, purchases and achievements is inaccessible. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

While it is true that account recovery form is used to recover an account and whenever you submit the form, we believe you have truly ensure that the details you provided is accurate that leads to confirmation of ownership of the account. That when your facts match, the Microsoft system will be able to identify that you are the account owner.

Now in your case, this account you are trying to recover was checked by the team. However, as what we can read to the email response you have shared, due to change/update of account security information they will be unable to restore back your account. Leading to only one option which is to permanently ban the account.

I know how critical it is for you to be able to login to this account and get back to gaming. This account you are trying to recover had the status of permanently ban and this will not be lifted by anyone from Microsoft Community nor Microsoft Support. This is the only option as stated on the email to prevent someone from accessing the account.

You may, on the otherhand, reach out to the Microsoft Support Team by sending a response to their email. However, account recovery is not guaranteed.

If in the future, you will need to create an account, we recommend you to make it more secure and refrain from sharing or login into or sharing your personal information to any suspicious websites.

We truly understand were you are coming from however no Microsoft advocate has the tool to change an email and password of any Microsoft account and contrary to anyone's belief, no one here in Microsoft Community can access any customer's Microsoft account.

This is a dead-end that no one deserves but everyone can learn from. If you happen to have any set up games or personal account, we highly encourage you to secure it in a way that only you knows your account credentials. Being alert on any email notification related to account security and specially cautious not to give your details on any non-official websites or following unknown links.

No one here in Microsoft Community can change the permanently banned account. Unfortunately, the team that has sent you the email already made an irreversible decision.

Should you have a better idea or suggestion that Microsoft should consider for account security. You may submit it as a feedback through this link - Microsoft account | Security. Scroll down and select feedback found in lower right side and share your feedback for account security.

How can it be that noone can help me?

I have acces to this email, the paypal i used to buy the gamepass and much more.

I dont understand why you just cant change my email and password back?

Shouldnt Microsoft have acess to their accounts?

I am really dissapointed because every other platform i used could recover my account in under a day.

Is there really no way for me to get my account back? Or just the xbox account data transfered to a new account?

I cant just create a new account this account is worth so much and has a limited dlc on it that is worth over 2000 dollars on ebay...

I played on this account for years and i have a lot of cool memories on this account, its basically my childhood.

Please tell me if there is any other way to get my account data than texting the support 24/7 and hoping that someone can help me?
