For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Unfortunately i get an error when i give them my phone to call and it stops doing anything after i ask for someone to chat with. Microsoft support sucks i guess

Seeing that you have tried everything to try to cancel your game pass and you have not been able to do it despite having done everything you have said, then I recommend that you contact Microsoft support, to see if they can tell you something. regard. There are currently issues with some Xbox services, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
