My Microsoft account was stolen and they have changed my e-mail, so I cant recover my account.

I'm sorry you're having this issue, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations where our email account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate.

When the hacker manages to change the password, and the account alias, it is because he also has access to security information, as well as, cell phone, alternative email that you yourself registered in your account.

Unfortunately, when the hacker manages to change the account's security information, the account is hardly recoverable. That's why it's very important to keep your security info up to date and use different passwords across all platforms.

Even if you create the account with the same domain as before, you will not be able to view your games, subscriptions and emails, as it is a new account.

I'm a user like you and there's not much I can do in the community as visibility is public. Contact MSA Support and see if you can follow the Account Takeover (ATO), investigation is done on a case-by-case basis.

Im trying to get my account that isnt banned back, it has the same e-mail as my banned account though. and i cant recover it. i need help on changing the e-mail connected to my non-banned account

Only my Minecraft account was stolen and it is linked to Microsoft and I think the thief changed my Minecraft account email to his e-mail and I can't login to my account or play I want a solution before the thief sells my account to someone else and I hope you can return it to me

I'm having a similar problem. The e-mail that my parents used for the parental controls stuff no longer exists and my parents and I do not know the password so we can change my account to an adult one. Whenever we try to recover the password it sends it
to the e-mail that doesn't exist anymore, the security question doesn't work, and the customer support function went around in a circle and told me to recover it via sending an e-mail to the nonexistent e-mail account. Some help would really be appreciated.

When Minecraft stopped working, I used my Microsoft account. And this issue happened after I changed my main alias from E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. I can play Minecraft if I log in with my E-Mail 2.

I purchased Minecraft on my Mojang account before the migration, but I don't use my mojang account and that Microsoft account that was migrated to.

With my Mojang account (E-Mail 1) migrated to Microsoft account (E-Mail 4) I bad the Java Edition. With my first Microsoft account (E-Mail 1, now 3) I had Minecraft Bedrock Edition. And with the other MIcrosoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) I have both Java and Bedrock.

I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft Account (E-Mail 1, now 3) from the Microsoft Store and I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) from the Microsoft Store but the Java Edition I purchased from minecraft.net. On my Mojang account (E-Mail 1, now migrated to Microsoft Account with E-Mail 3) I bought Minecraft Java from minecraft.net.
