My Microsoft account was stolen and everything was changed can I get help with that

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to track your consoles.

What I do recommend is changing your Microsoft account password as soon as possible. By changing your password, any console that has your account on it, will need to re-sign in. This
will protect you from anyone using your account without permission.

First please change the password of every account that was on the console to prevent the people who have it from using your account:

As for the console, please contact your local police department and file a stolen item report as microsoft/xbox can not do anything to help you regarding this. They can not "lock" the the console to prevent people from using it.

Unfortunately Microsoft/Xbox can not help in this situation.

Please file a stolen item report with your local police department.

Also change the password of all accounts that were on that console so they can't use it:

Unfortunately xbox can not render a console unusable because as far as they know, that person bought it from you.
