My microsoft account was hacked yesterday and 5 game codes were purchased - does anybody...

I have tried to contact Microsoft and Xbox repeatedly but to no avail.

I have even resubmitted a refund request with Xbox about this and have received nothing from them. Xbox won't connect me with a human agent and Windows agents keep saying it's an Xbox issue. Not much help from either.

So I am unsure of what to do at this point.

If you have any other way that I can try that would be great

Please note that if your bank submits a chargeback for these payments, that would be considered marketplace theft and could risk your account being permanently banned from Microsoft services. In the event of receiving unauthorized charges on your account, you should always contact Microsoft first. If you just report it to your bank, Microsoft will not know that the charges were unauthorized and will simply treat it as fraudulent behaviour.

I bought the Gears 5 console bundle. One of the codes that came with it was for Gears 5 ultimate edition AND Gears of War 4. I was able to install Gears 5 but when i try 4 it says i need to buy it. Ive emailed microsoft support but they were no help. Anybody
have the same problem or know a way to resolve this?

Still no answer from XBOX, or any one else. apparently MS continues to get hacked and yesterday the LoL servers were taken down by a group who was mad at a gamer in the US.... seems like MS needs to get better security guys on their servers .... does anybody
know if they fixed the issue with Ghosts yet?
