My Microsoft account was hacked/compromised and got the email and password changed.

Hello, My microsoft account was compromised and got the email and password changed, I tried to recover it using the Account recovery method by putting my email but it said it didn't exist, so I tried out by putting the unauthorized email (wich appeared on the email I've recived when my information got changed without permission) and then I gave the details, luckily I managed to change the password so I had to login using the hacker's email and my password and then I was able to login but now with an email that doesn't belong to me.

Recently, I noticed that the information of my account got changed again, changing the email and password, and this time I didn't recive any email of the change since the email my account had was the hacker's email so the email notification shoul've arrived on that acount. wich means that I don't know neither the email and the password.

I also have talked with the live support chat and I've filled 2 account recovery forms but I haven't recived any response since 3 weeks, what must I do now? I'm stressed.

Regrettably, once the email has been changed, we can no longer able to use the online form regarding Account compromised. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further check or investigate your account.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

2. if this had happened they would force a password change on all accounts.

accounts don't just get hacked that easily. have you shared your account, are you game sharing with someone.

When I enter my email into the first box it says that my information is correct, so I change my password but then it changes the password for another account I made because when I first got my account compromised my email changed to the account then I somehow made another account with the email that was originally on the account
