My microsoft account was hacked by mail-mine.ru

Honestly the only problem I have with it being hacked is the fact that I bought games on that account, so not being able to access them is really frustrating, as it was MY account if anything microsoft should be able to see that my email was linked to the account then changed suddenly, it makes no sense to me that they can't verify it. Any sane person can look at this email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" and be able to know that it looks shady, what even is mail-mine.ru anyway i went through the recover your account process and the "team" which is probably automated wasn't able to notice that 1 I knew the past cards on the account, 2 I still have the account on an Xbox that I own 3, i can literally identify past passwords which is crazy to me and 4 I know the past email, my account was even connected to other accounts through a family system

Truth be told i'm glad this didn't happen to my steam because who knows they might've done the same thing and acted like some random generated email was the email that was on the account the entire time. Though it wasn't just my microsoft account that was hacked it started at my email then spread to others, i stopped it from taking over my steam, discord, and instagram. Through instagram at least I could see that the login was weird because it told me the location of where it was. Meanwhile google doesn't and steam doesn't and discord didn't even know my location. I'm having a hard time understanding how this can happen if the location of the account that logs in changes so drastically that it can be on the other side of the world and companies won't even think anything of it. Wish I had a usb for the hello login thing that might've been more foolproof this whole thing is just really dumb I hope someone can resolve it on their side and get my account back because again, I spent money on that account I have emails that link towards the account, I can even provide screenshots that show you the account is still on my xboxes, why doesnt the recovery process ask for any of that, my Email was one of the emails linked to it was that not enough?

Is there anyway I can talk to someone that has the power to help me get back into my account, I genuinely don’t want to talk to something i’m thinking is going to be looked at by a person who can understand and it just get overturned by a robot that takes everything at face value.

My migrated account was also hacked by an email that ended similarly (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***)The issue I am having right now tho is understanding what I have to do exactly. If I am able to contact Microsoft directly for help, it would be much appreciated

I looked through all my mail the only one that was related to it was the hacked signing into my account i have his ip and stuff but there was no mail sent from microsoft regarding the change of the email .

The hacker hacked my mail, but I was able to return the hacked mail, but the hacker managed to change Activision's mail to his own, and now to restore my account, I need to log in to Activision through my xbox, which is linked to the hacked Activision
