My Microsoft account was hacked and the hacker changed my email address so I can't log in

I am a user () using Minecraft.

While my child was playing the game, a hacker found out my account login information through Discord.(2025.2.19)

Even though I was asked to change my personal information by logging in later, unfortunately, there is no additional information that Microsoft requires. (Hotmail, Skype, Xbox, purchase history, etc.)

I purchased Minecraft through Mojang on October 9, 2019, and I have the 'order receipt' email I received from Mojang at that time.

I also have an email informing me that my Mojang account was transferred to a Microsoft account.

However, there is no place to enter this information in the information requested by your company.

Please request another way to verify the account user.

My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

the hacked manage to delete the email i use for that microsoft account and changed his/her email as primary email,
and also hacker manage to remove my phone number from the account also.

so how can i prove its my account when hacker manage to delete my email use for the microsoft account and change all the my profile info??

no I am just saying I have password and email to my microsoft account that was hacked but once I log in it says I am suspended and says to go to "aka.ms/comliancelock"

account is still on hackers email so yea unless they unsuspend account I can't do anything

I do not know what email address the hackers have changed the new email to. Can I not provide the email address that the account has been registered to for the past 10 years, and they can track the history to see all the changes were made today?

They logged into my account and changed the email to something they created. I have access to my regular email that the account was created on, and has been linked to for a decade.

Are you saying I need to know the email that the hackers changed it to?
