My microsoft account was hacked and the email, username, and passwords were changed.

This account was only used for the Xbox app to play videogames.

Due to the username being changed, i cannot use Microsofts account recovery form to regain access.

When i try to log in with my email it says that the email is not recognized, however if i try to make a new account with it it says it is already associated with an account, If i try to recover the username of the account it is associated to it shows that it is now associated with an account named *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Rambler.ru is a known email service used for hacking accounts. I know my account was hacked because it was not the only one. Someone from Russia got access to all of my accounts. I have retrieved access to all except microsoft since they changed everything. I have an immense amount of time and investment in the account and need access back. What should I do?

Trying to contact microsoft support only points me to the account recovery form which I cannot use.

If the account's email address has been changed, then I'm afraid it won't be possible to recover the account.

Microsoft customer support cannot assist with account recovery; if the account recovery form cannot be used then there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done.

Someone may know your current password. Change your password immediately to a new, secure one.
Go to the Microsoft Account Security page.
Sign in to your account and follow the instructions to change your password.

You can also turn on two-step verification to add an extra layer of security to your account. This means that even if someone else has your password, they will need an additional code to access your account.

On the same Microsoft Account Security page, look for the Two-Step Verification option and enable this feature. Follow the instructions to set it up.

I'm having the same problem, so what am i suppose to do with all the games I've brought on Microsoft and all the info i have stored in there, have to buy them all the games and let them have all my info, because they know everything Ive every stored on there.

There is nothing that can be done to save your account.

You did not mention what account security was on the hacked account.
