My Microsoft account was hacked and I can’t access it anymore

Hello,

I need help. My Microsoft account has been hacked and I can no longer sign in. Here are the details:

Email address (compromised): [*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***] and (as*****@outlook.co.th)

Approximate date of issue: [e.g., June 16, 2025]

What happened:
• A strange/unknown email was added to my account
• I am now locked out and cannot access the account
• When I try to recover the account, it says “This Microsoft account doesn’t exist”
• I did not make any changes to the account myself

I’ve already tried using the account recovery form here:
https://account.live.com/acsr
But it didn’t work, probably because the hacker changed all recovery information.

This account is important to me because I used it for [e.g., Outlook, Xbox, OneDrive, Windows login], and I really need to recover it.

Please advise me on what to do next or how I can reach support directly.

Regrettably, once the email has been changed, we can no longer able to use the online form regarding Account compromised. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further check or investigate your account.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/th-th/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Click Next> it should show you the option to chat with them

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

A few months ago, my Microsoft account got hacked and its email was changed, so I can’t access it anymore. On that account, I had tons of games purchased that I want to download and play on my new PC. Would it be possible to transfer the game library? Not the whole Xbox profile though, just the purchases.

Nothing is transferable between accounts. Even if it were possible (which its not) youd still have to have access to the original account.

The only way of recovering your purchases is recovering the account.

My Xbox account has been hacked to. I still have access to my account somehow but they changed the email linked the account and deleted my Microsoft account completely. I have no idea how they even got into it in the first place. I can’t get Xbox support or Microsoft support on a call at all because they don’t consider it an issue.

I can’t check “downtime” because my account got hacked or either deleted my the hacker, it said someone just got into my account somehow it was added in then changed my email to theirs not I can’t play games anymore such as Minecraft, the only game I really play.
