    My Microsoft account was hacked and I can no longer access Minecraft or my computer.


    A few days ago my Microsoft account was hacked. The gamertag was then the hacker changed it. They changed the email of the Microsoft account from my email to a random account with a bunch of patterned letters. I made a new Microsoft account with my old email. I reached out to support and have filled out a handful of forms. I want to get my account back because I've had Java since 2011 and Bedrock for about 5 years now. I currently using a fresh account with the same email I had attached before. I've had it up to here with Microsoft support. I have the purchase ID and credit card information for when I bought Minecraft way back then. My Microsoft Authenticator has also been altered on my phone to the same email. When the issue first occurred I panicked and locked out my PC so I am currently writing this from my old laptop. The PIN was changed and I need inaccessible Administrative privileges to open it back up without hard resetting my PC and even that won't fix my lost Microsoft account!

    The thing is, I haven't received a reply whatsoever! I got one automated message declining my proof through the form and nothing sense! I've reached out about my Minecraft account, stating it would take up to 24 hours and it's been longer than that without any notice that my situation is being looked into. I am on an old laptop without much ability and need my Desktop for college but I can't access it because I'm locked out of it accidentally!

    Hi Fernando,

    The problem is that I can no longer find a Minecraft account with my Microsoft account, but I do have the purchase email,

    maybe that will help to restore my Minecraft account?

    I have the idea that I have been hacked and that they have changed my login username and password.

    I also contacted Mojang, but they told me to go to Microsoft with this issue.

    This is really strange to me, the microsoft account was not hacked, I don't think. I can still access my microsoft account, it is this one currently being used to message. You see I had a gamertag associated with my minecraft account, I went to login one day, and the gamertag had changed and I could not access my account.
