My microsoft account was hacked and deleted , and lost the link to Minecraft java account

If your account was hacked and it says that it no longer exists when you attempt to log in, it's unlikely that it has been deleted manually (as manual deletion takes up to 60 days). It's more probable that the person who stole your account removed your email address as the primary alias and replaced it with their own. In this case, it becomes very challenging to recover the account. Deleting an alias is an immediate and permanent action with no possibility of recovery. If you have other email addresses configured as aliases, I recommend testing them to see if you can at least be prompted for a password, if it does then the only way to recover the account would be to use the Microsoft account recovery form. This form is the sole method for recovering an email account, If recovery attempts fail (you can attempt up to 2 times a day), it unfortunately means that the account is effectively lost, as there is no other way to recover it.

Keep in mind that even if you've created a new Microsoft account using your previous email, it's still considered a new account. For example, game licenses are tied to a Microsoft account, and not specifically to the email address associated with that account.

Since my Microsoft account was linked to my Minecraft account I lost access to my Minecraft account cause someone deleted my Microsoft account. Now Im not sure what happens but I was wondering if i would be possible to link a diffrent Microsoft account to an already migrated Minecraft account.

Unfortunately not. If the Microsoft account that your Minecraft account was migrated to was deleted then your Minecraft would be essentially deleted along with it.

The screenshot i showed is the proof that i had a microsoft minecraft account and now i can't log in anymore it like if it got delete and i need to create a new one and buy minecraft java and bedrock again so like 80$ + i bought thing in some minecraft server and i lost progress. And i bought this minecraft java account In December 2020 so like 1 week or so after microsoft bought mojang so it is a microsoft account but idk if microsoft recognize it as a microsoft account.

I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

According to what's described on the Minecraft official page: "After you link a Minecraft: Java Edition account to a Microsoft Secure Account (MSA), the accounts are permanently linked and cannot be unlinked. "

This means that the Xbox Online support team won't be able to do anything about the situation, and my advice would be to get in touch with them once again to see what can be done about the case.
