My microsoft account was hacked a year ago is there any way to get it back?

Hello again, this is really weird, ideally contacting Xbox customer service so they can provide you with the best guidance for your case.

I already went through the recovery form and got the reply that I've mentioned in the thread. Even though my email has nothing to do with my ISP, and the fact that I have the email where it says my password got changed from United States (although I live in EU), and can't do anything to recover my account that is VERY valuable to me is unbelievable.
