my microsoft account was fully stolen and i cant recover it

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account. If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand. I do not work for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts too.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

i cant recover my account. idont know the parental password nd neither does the parent cuz the email was stolen.. i just need some help, what do i do?

Bottom line the xbox banned and it cant be undone.

They said they cant even open the account. I logged into the email that used to be on my account and it said "join xbox live" My gamertag went from "Jake" to "". Iv'e been on the phone with support for the last 3 hours and I can't access either
of my old accounts. I pull my xbox out of my closet after a year and a half after leaving because my account gets stolen(not being my fault that reps get socialed), and now I not only cant get my account that was stolen back but I cant get my other account
back. And the only thing the reps can tell me is "post on the forums" or "there is no way you can recover this account". Then on the forums you tell me to go back to the reps? They are going to tell me to come back here.
