    my microsoft account was deleted and i would like to recover the account. I did not delete...


    I tried logging into both microsoft account that i used for minecraft, xbox, onedrive subscription, ect. There was alot that was tied to it. I recenlty was charged by Mircosoft for the onedrive 1tb monthly supscription that i have proof of. I had 2 accounts that just got deleted both purches xbox game pass multiple times. I have proof of payments. I created a new account witht the same email trying to get my account back but its the same gmail and there is no purchase histroy or subscription on both accounts that were deleted today. I dont want to get charged next month for a account that i dont even have atm. I have video proof on my old computer that i am signed into my account.

    The account i am trying to recover was still on a old laptop that had been signed into before the account was deleted.

    This is after account got deleted and i tried to make a new account with the same email but everything was gone.

    Hello again, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has..

    My issue isnt trying to get back into an existing account. (The recovery proccess helps you get back into an existing account) im trying to get into my account that was deleted. Ive already tried to go through the recovery process and that was not helpfull.

    Trying to recover my account wouldnt work because i just remade it, thinking that it would still be the same with my game pass history, and onedrive 1tb monthly subscription, going through the rovery proccess would just bring me back to the account that i just made. Not the old one that that everything.
