    I just tried to sign into my Microsoft account and it said the email I was using was not an account? I tried making a new account with the same email and it let me, so apparently my old account was removed some how? Is there anyway to get my account recovered? I am very confused because I was just logged in playing Minecraft on it 1 day ago so it was an active account. I looked up my gamer tag and it says I just played on it 1 day ago: growlingpond211.

    as you said my email on the account might have been changed on my old account so how can I fill out the recovery information? wouldn't it only help me recover the account if I know the new email the hacker used? I'll fill it out anyways though, even though its the same email I have on this account currently.
