My Microsoft account no longer exists (Was not banned or given any email)

My account no longer exists. It isn't banned. I was given no email about anything. I have the correct email and password. For some reason, I was able to create a new account with the same email, password, and username. My username is and was 1002. My old account is the only one with Minecraft and I don't want to buy another copy of Minecraft.

If this isn't the right place to put this then the Xbox AI support isn't helpful. I also wasn't able to contact support.

The problem is that since the new account uses the same email address as the old account. The recovery methods do not work. I also need to say that I have played with that account in 2024, so the account was not deleted for inactivity. And if it was hacked, I have no clue why the old account shows up in my Minecraft launcher in the top left. I also cannot search for my old account in Xbox's official site.

If I have no other option then I'll try to delete my new account, but only if I can't get any information here and if my other 2 options don't work.

But my microsoft account no longer existed so I had to recreate the account with the same email. And I bought my minecraft in a different shop

Anyways to add my issue, I believe I may have used my Xbox email that I believe is now banned as my Microsoft Account to link to my PlayStation 4 to play Minecraft. Which I can no longer access because it is banned is there anyway at all that they can make an acception to allow me to access my old Microsoft account or unblacklist it so I can recreate a new Microsoft account with that same email btw it uses the old @live.com which seems to be non existent now as the only options for a new Microsoft account email are outlook.com and Hotmail.com I just want to play Minecraft dungeons with my online friends

Also, the gmail.com originally associated with the account still exists but no longer exists in the Microsoft database or whatever. "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." The email itself isn't hacked, just my Minecraft Java account.
