    I had redeemed 100$ and i had bought 30$ worth of something and then a couple weeks later i have no money in my account. I have already check my order history but besides the things i bought are there but nothing else after it. Please help

    If there was purchases made it should show up in your order history there is no reason that the money would disappear like that.

    The only thing I can reccomend is to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they may be able to figure it out for you.
