My microsoft account is not recognized, I believed my account was hacked

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

call your credit or debit card company to get a refund and to cancel your cards. Quicker than waiting on xbox to do anything about it.
