3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

I understand your frustration with losing access to your account. However, this is an issue that we cannot resolve here in the community, as we do not have the authority or the tools to verify your identity or reset your password. The only way to regain access to your account is to fill out the Recovery form again and provide as much details as possible, such as alternate email addresses, phone numbers, security questions, recent contacts, and any other information that can prove that you are the owner of the account. I know this may seem tedious, but it is the only option available to protect your account from unauthorized access. I hope you can understand and follow this process. Since you mentioned that you still have records on your profile and subscription is still active you may reach out to our live support team and see if there is something that they can do, but it is not a guarantee since the only option to recover an account is through the recovery form.

Microsoft wont just delete your account out of the blue. It sounds like you were hacked and all of your information pertaining to your account was changed. Thats why when you put it in your information account cant be found. You have to get in contact with a representative so someone can physically look into it. Were just forms here so can only give help. Especially with still paying monthly subscription you have to speak with someone.

I understand, though how am I to recover the account using the account's email, considering the fact that when i enter the accounts email on the recovery form, it states 'this microsoft account doesn't exist'.

I'm not sure how to get past that hurdle, to speak to someone on the live team.
