My Microsoft Account Has Been Permanently Locked And I Don't Know How To Get It Back

I tried getting the account investigated but only for the result to end up like this.

Account security is a top priority at Microsoft, and we have a team dedicated to investigating and validating fraudulent activity. The account and billing activity associated with your Microsoft account was thoroughly reviewed by our fraud team, and I can confirm there was unauthorized access to your account. Unfortunately, during the investigation process, we found that your security information has been changed.
Unfortunately, when security features are updated on an account, we are unable to assist with an account recovery as these types of updates and/or removal are completely out of control of customer service. We are unable to make any changes to the security information on the account due to security protocols set up and the acceptance of the Microsoft Services Agreement when the account was created.
The only option we have is to permanently suspend this account to prevent any further use. At this time, I have successfully suspended this account, and this will remain on indefinitely.

I have no idea what to do from here. It seems like I have lost the account forever, but at the same time, it's just dumb that I should be punished for the actions of the hacker.

I understand that you have already tried to request an account recovery via the recovery webform and also contacted Microsoft Xbox Support to no avail however I would like to let you know that in situations like these, the only option to make sure your hacked account will possibly be recovered is to have you reach out to Microsoft Xbox Support as they are the only ones capable of investigating an account hacking incident properly on their end.

I would highly recommend you try to contact Microsoft Xbox Support once more and provide all the necessary information they need for their investigation:

In the event that this won't work, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your hacked account.

Since you have mentioned that your account is locked, you may try to submit a request to unlock your account through the account reinstatement form:

Lastly, I would like to let you know that here in the forums, no one is capable of accessing your account information nor have any tools to recover an account.
